We've first used Karen with our 1st baby when she was 8 months, and just recently I contacted her again for my 2nd bub who is now 8 months. I am not surprised that we've seen immediate results and after 4 nights we are now getting continuous sleep through the entire night from our 8-month-old! Karen has completely changed our lives! I was at my wit's end with my 16 month old who since birth would only sleep in my arms for day naps, and only next to me whilst sleeping at night. In just one night Karen completely transformed our son, who now sleeps through every single night in his own room for 12 straight hours. He now day naps for up to 2 hours in his own cot! Karen has changed our lives. Her methods are evidence based, and exact. Following her hands-on-chest technique, I taught my second son how to self settle at 8 weeks. It was magic. He only cried a few minutes at a time, and all the while I was there singing to him and comforting him with my touch. Karen also armed us with strategies at 5.5. months, from which day on he slept through the night unless needing a small attention/ medication when sick or teething. I only wish I heard of her when my first son was a baby. What I learned from her that really helped. 1) babies are born not knowing how to sleep. 2) some crying is ok in fact necessary. 3) never leave a baby to cry ALONE. - Love you Karen & thank you. x
Karen has helped me immensely. As a first time mum, I was suffering from sleep deprivation and a very strong-willed child who just wouldn't nap in the day.
