Check out this cool youtube video of Harry. So cute.

The grapevine is hot here and I get to hear a lot of great things from it. My world is so interesting and it's great to link things via this blog.

So here's the info...

Adele has been inspiring children in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs for over 6 years. Adele’s Action Kid classes are held in various venues in Bondi, Bondi Junction, Maroubra & Coogee to name but a few. Adele is a well known and much loved face on the pre-schooler ‘scene’ and has been teaching many local babies her funky moves.

Adele a qualified Sports Therapist and Phys Ed specialist for under 8’s and children with special needs migrated from London to work at the Sydney 2000 Olympics. After travelling around Australia, Adele realised that Sydney would be a great place to bring Action Kids.

Adele taught classes, together with her best friend and business partner. Amanda, in various venues across West London. Amanda is still running classes now and has a fantastic CD mixing up funky nursery rhymes. You can buy this on

Adele determined to maintain the quality and enthusiasm that both she and Amanda demonstrate in every class that they teach but realised that she needed to expand and run more classes in more locations due to popular demand. Adele has recruited fabulous, qualified teachers to teach classes and entertain at birthday parties. Claire, Terry, and Louise can be found teaching Action Kids Classes at various venues.
The local venue is at 160 Bourke Road, Alexandria is on Saturday mornings 9:30am to 10:15am.

What are you waiting for? Get on down and join Harry and the others at Saturday morning Boogaloo!
