One of the MOST DELISH breakfasts for your baby is French Toast made with Brioche and fresh cream - Yummo! French toast is a dish made of bread soaked in eggs and milk or cream, then fried. Alternative names and variants include eggy bread, Bombay toast, German toast, gipsy toast, poor knights, and Torrija



You will need

Brioche loaf sliced into 1/2 to 1-inch slices (Coles and Woolworths sell this) - Brioche is a French bread made of egg.

Eggs are beaten with Thickened cream - 1 egg per person and 1 tablespoon of full cream milk or thickened cream

Sprinkle of cinnamon

Butter to pan fry

Serve with strawberries, blueberries, a sliced banana, maple syrup (optional) and ricotta
