At 6-12 months your baby will finally be on the go.
Moving from sitting to rolling, commando crawling and finally onto standing and walking. It’s a period with a lot of activity and calorie consumption in a short space of time!
Hopefully, you avoided the tricky 4-month sleep regression. However, if you’re still battling with it don’t worry, the 6-12 month Nurture Sleep Program will help you out of the trenches and cruising up the freeway! I will teach you how to get sleep back on track and keep it there. This stage will give your baby the building blocks for good physical and emotional health.
Sleep training options, day routines and naps, 3-minute magic, catnapping, early morning waking, managing teething and illness so sleep doesn’t fall apart, getting back to sleep training after illness
Development – how this impacts on sleep – separation anxiety, on the move, developmental leaps, standing and sitting in the cot at sleep times, jumping out of cots
Food – moving on with solids, purees vs. finger foods and baby led weaning, iron and calcium needs, tryptophan, low glycaemic index carbohydrates, nourishing fats, calorific needs of a baby
Environment – the perfect baby’s room for sleep, cots, sleepwear and sleeping bags, room temperature, keeping cool in summer and warm in winter
I’m excited you’ve found The Nurture Sleep Program and I can’t wait to hear about the amazing progress your baby makes once you become part of this family
"We were absolutely broken and wrecked until Karen completely turned our life, health and well being around – most importantly she changed our baby’s life too! We enlisted Karen when our bub was 12 months old, my only regret is that we didn’t seek her help sooner."
"Karen had my daughter sleeping through on night 1 and self-settling without controlled crying. I am pleased to announce now back in NZ her amazing sleep has continued she has not had one night feed and if she wakes in the night has been putting herself back to sleep within a couple of minutes."
"Her ability to recognise a baby’s protest from a serious need is what I believe is her magic touch. Karen’s approachable and non judgemental interactions have always left me with so much more confidence and enjoyment from my child."
