Alfie has reflux and other medical problems; he had never slept through the night and had been to sleep school twice, and was still waking many times a night. Mum was more than exhausted and had just about given up hope. Following a phone consult a week before Christmas, this is what happened.

Karen, you have changed my life and that of my family!

I wish I had been in touch earlier instead of spending 9.5 loooong months thinking things would get better. I was too nervous to tell anyone, or contact you, in case it was a one-night miracle….but it’s not! We have had five nights of sleeping through. I cannot even begin to explain how grateful I am – thank you, thank you, thank you. Will be in touch properly soon, but I wanted to share some of my joy with you. Happy new year!
