Why would I need a 2-night stay?
Some baby sleep problems are more challenging than 1 night can change. This is where a 2nd night may come in useful. Your first night with Karen will map out the sleep and settling program, while the 2nd night consolidates and reinforces the change. This sets the program into practice.
How do I prepare for an overnight visit?
Karen will be helping you in a sustainable way, so we don’t want you to change anything prior to her visit. It’s best for her to advise you on how your family functions day to day. We have a long briefing discussion with you prior to Karen’s visit, so she’s as prepared as she can be. This phone call will be scheduled after booking.

Can I extend to 3 nights if 2 nights isn't sufficient?
Depending on Karen’s availability, we can book another night and continue to support you for as long as it takes to get your baby to settle and self soothe. Baby sleep habits are a fluid thing. There are alot of different things that go on that will affect sleep: developmental stages, illness, teething, travel, to name a few.
Karen’s methods are designed to instill resilience through self soothing – habits that will help them after each hiccup in infancy and into childhood and their adult years.
