Karen, you’re an absolute superstar, and we cannot thank you enough. When others were worried about the 4-month sleep regression, all I could think was we don’t sleep that well now for it to get worse!

After all, she slept on us for the first month of her life. We got Karen in to help and managed to get some 6-hour sleep stints, fabulous! Then after about of Bronchiolitis mixed things up, we had another chat and wahoo we’ve had her sleeping through the night since 5 months old.

7.5 months now, and I have to say leaps are a non-event now we have a good sleep, and her development is amazing. Thank you, Karen, very grateful we found you
